Owl, if you're saying that somehow justifies NOT trying to expose the fraud and get the clear actual non-fraud results, then I completely disagree. Patriots will not be shouted down. patriots want true and honest elections,, true and actual US citizens, and true American Patriots want both illegal votes and illegal border-crossers thrown out, since they do not belong. The folks that started this country didn't think "ugly" was a reason not to fight the tyranny an injustices, and they did a pretty good job. We could all learn something from their willingness to fight "ugly" with truth, no matter how hard. 'Give me liberty or give me death' we not just hollow words to those great men we all owe a debt to. They lived and breathed them every dang day.

WHO at CNN goes to jail for the Melania phone call THEY AIRED without her permission? I mean if you think it's wrong for James to do it... someone at CNN was wrong for doing it too?
(And for what it's worth, James' lawyers have already noted that the charge is ONLY on the state level (there are no federal charges involved at the moment), and the state does not have any "2-person authority" rules for broadcasting telephone conversations (or at least that's what they implied).

2. You don't know that the **** you're talking about. There's years of judicial precedent. CNN did not record Melania...her confidant did. They are more than allowed to air those tapes.

Well, OK then. I appreciate that. Sometimes when I read your posts, I get the feeling that your position is something like it's too late to prosecute the crime, so let the criminals get away with it. I tell myself that can't be what you're actually thinking tr saying, but you have this fatalism about the situation that I can only attribute to having been affected by Ricesportsdisease. If a bank is robbed, or a murder committed, I don't care what the timeline is, that person needs to be prosecuted and the money ordered to be returned and the person put in jail to pay for the crimes, no matter how long ago it occurred.
These "deadlines" seem quite arbitrary in that they are super-ceded by the crimes which they are circumvented by. If it's not until June 2021 that courts get around to deciding to throw out the results, then fine--have a re-election day in June 2021. The problem is not recounting fake ballots over and over, the problem is accepting that the co-mingling of so many fakes has irretrievably diluted and disenfranchised the honestly cast votes, and thus the right of all Americans is to have a free and fair election. Since we obviously did not have that, redo the election at lest in the disputed states. Learn from the fraud which has been presented in evidence in numerous states, demand explanation for the "water main breaks" that didn't happen, and explain the unexplainable vote additions/deletions and adding to the polling books people who are dead, allegedly born on 1/1/1900 (as the Michigan tallyers were told to do) etc..., so all voting will be on paper, ID required, hand tabulated with observers from both sides 6 inches away from each and every individually identifiable ballot with yay, nay or disputed and take as much time as necessary to get it done right. Without the fraudulently added in mail in ballots, and by forbidding ANY electronicization of the results, we can see who actually won, which we don;t know right now, but it looks clear that it leans more toward that President Trump did win without using the frauds to skew the results. So lets' find out.
