Michigan’s Senate Oversight Committee on Tuesday will hear testimony about absentee ballot counting at Detroit’s TCF Center, the site of Election Day dramas and ensuing protests that unfolded over what has been alleged was a fraudulent process.

The hearing started at 10:15 ET.

The guy I just listened to just sat down and started reading something....and mentioned "...through second hand sources....". He was not independently sworn in.

Well, yes it is a hearing. I watched for about a half hour. Mostly random speculation by citizens of what they think they saw or observed. No real evidence detailed other than this guy claiming all these dead people and people with vacant lots for addresses voted. He's supposed to refer his "evidence" to the SOS or federal law enforcement. Expect most all of it to be explained away.

Just a bunch of people claiming someone did this or that and they thought it was wrong. I would not hold my breath of it amounting to anything. And it's certainly not going to overturn the Michigan results that Biden won by nearly 150k votes.

One witness reported that one of the workers was a "rather large" person.

Lawmakers largely sat back and watched. At times, several Democrats on the committee tried to interject. Once, Giuliani tried to object; there's no such procedural avenue afforded during a legislative hearing.

Before Giuliani began, state Rep. Darrin Camilleri, D-Brownstown, tried to require that Giuliani and Ellis be sworn in. Hall overruled Camilleri, saying it was highly unusual to require sworn testimony. Even after this statement, Giuliani clarified several times that he was not speaking under oath before proceeding.

Later, Camilleri tried to ask Giuliani a question, but Hall wouldn't let him.

And this is just one post where you've said the witnesses in these various hearing aren't under oath.
