Great game SMU. The better team won today. After waiting a month for our 2nd game, now we have a bye week only to face UCF 2 weeks from now, lol.

I was concerned about that too. We're not fast on offense anymore. Part of that was the layoff. Everyone looked a step slow today, but we don't have the explosion we had with Gibson and Gainwell. Gainwell is more jitterbug than straight line speed though. I agree that UCF is going to torch our secondary. That's been our weakest link and it looked really weak today.

That may have been SMU's best win since the DP! Nothing for Memphis to be ashamed of. SMU had a 21 point cushion due to Memphis being rusty and barely won.
