Why does that make him a hack? Not as if there isn't precedent for exactly that.

What people don't realize is Biden is dead asleep right now so he can be at the debate after Breakfast and coffee. Why else do you think they were shutting things down every day for the last week at 9:30? He is a sundowner with jet lag.
