It's no secret that during the Obama administration officers were promoted (and fired) more for political correctness that military and professional competence. When yo do that you get an incompetent military. That's one big reason why we can't win and put an end to things in Iraq or Afghanistan, why we had the Fitzgerald and McCain collisions, and why we have built such boondoggles as the Ford aircraft carrier, the F-35, the Littoral Combat Ships, and the LHAs/LHDs (amphibious ships from which it is impossible to conduct an amphibious assault).

So you have proof that these guys were ordered not to follow the protocols that the Navy says they didn't follow...and that came from Obama? Yeah, didn't think so.

But good to know that Bush is responsible for all the 9/11 deaths and trump is responsible for nearly all the Covid deaths and the Niger deaths no one seems to care about...being CIC and all...

Good to know you grasp what a commander in chief is responsible for about as well as you grasp what an insurance deductible is.

Notice Obama isn't responsible for any deaths, just like he wasn't responsible for anything it was someone else's fault.
