I think they could avoid the dissolution threatened by the NY AG, but they would probably still have to stand trial on the other points.

Trump/Pence was the first Republican ticket in 88 years to win without a Nixon or Bush on the ticket. Nixon had 4 wins and a loss. Bush 41 and 43 had 5 wins and a loss. Others were 0-10.
