People are apparently buying cans of beer at a record rate! I've seen other articles indicating there may be some shortage in aluminum with different saying prices are going up but supply is still there.

My company turns AL into electrical wire. At least for us there isn't a storage in the metal.

it tastes better in bottles and there is no aluminum residue which has been linked to memory loss. Bottles recycle too it just takes a little more effort.

Aluminum electrical wire is a horrible way to distribute electricity within a structure.

All those overhead transmission lines strung up across the country are AL. It’s not as conductive as CU but it’s about 7 times cheaper.

You can get Coke 2-liters for 99 cents almost any week. That's just shy of 68 ounces. A twelve pack on sale at best is 3 dollars for 144 ounces.

Hence why I said within a structure and it is much less expensive. I've had bad experiences with AL in houses.

My bad. You are correct about interior AL use. I should have clarified I work on Transmission lines.
