They leverage our choice to not manufacture domestically. Comm’s intentionally disseminated a virus worldwide when they purposefully shut down domestic travel out of the epicenter. All the while encouraging foreign travel taking the virus with them. And then they lied using the cover of the world health organization. And using those connections with WHO to make sure the word coming out of Taiwan About the transmission of the virus was ignored.
Now this may have originally been by accident as with the first case. But either way once it was established they simply rolled with it.
