JUCO sports in your state, what do they offer???
A little different topic than usual, and something not about the current situation we are dealing with. What JUCO sports are offered in your state???
In Alabama we have 21 participating JUCO’s that play athletics in 11 sports(5 male, 6 female). Here is a list of sports sponsored by the ACCC(Alabama Community College Conference) and how many schools sponsor that sport.
Men’s sports
Baseball - 18
Basketball - 16
Cross Country - 2 that I could find
Golf - 3
Tennis - 4
Women’s sports
Basketball - 13
Cross Country - 3
Golf - 2
Softball - 16
Tennis - 5
Volleyball - 9
Most schools only sponsor 4 sports with a few offering much more. I’ve only attended one JUCO basketball game and honestly never even think about it being an option when wanting to attend a game. There is minimal marketing for most of these schools, one just north of Birmingham does sponsor a segment on the local sports talk radio show, but that campus is an hour+ from me so not really an option.
So here’s the questions, what’s offered in your state, have you ever attended and is there any effort to get people in the stands for these games???

I really don't care to look at the entirety of JUCO athletics in TX but there are some that produce a lot of FBS talent like Blinn, Tyler, Navarro, and Cisco that are known among hardcore CFB fans in the state.
The nearest JUCO to me is Temple College or TC. They only have M/W basketball, volleyball, baseball and softball, but they produce a lot of D1 athletes in all of those sports.
I know Texas State recruits them pretty heavily for all sports. TC has a pretty good reputation around here for their nursing program and dental program but only once have I considered going to a game there and that was because I saw a tweet saying Danny Kaspar was there recruiting. They don't do any athletics advertising in town and I don't think they reach out to students much. I took some dual credit classes at their campus in Taylor when I was in high school and I do remember them mentioning we could go to games for free and what not but that's about all I remember them saying, but maybe the main campus pushes it more? I know a ton of people that went there so I'll ask someone. They're definitely an athletic afterthought here especially after Temple High, Belton High, and UMHB.

Strongest hoops was Westark part of the deal when they joined UArk system was adding bachelor’s degrees so they’ve moved division II.
ASU Mid-South plays men’s and women’s hoops. Pretty decent men’s team.

SAU Tech men’s and women’s basketball and softball.
UA Cossastot men’s and women’s hoops
National Park Community college men’s and women’s hoops, baseball, softball and cross country.
