No one in Omaha cares about the Wild. That's just people filling in borders. Omaha's mainly an Avalanche city, though the NHL isn't very popular at all.

I probably should have included a description to accompany the map. It's not by fan base, but by closest proximity to each NHL arena.

The Atlanta metro area should be a black hole.

Some of those are just funny! You go Maine...living in the late 1980's.

And what is Bonobo?

No. Ice is simply something you loosen the traveling rules for when playing basketball.

I lived Cali for almost 11 years, traveled from San Diego to Napa to Lake Tahoe to Monterey to Barstow, and I never ate at or remember seeing a Canes...

So what is the map telling us?

I actually prefer Shiner Light Blonde to Shiner Bock.
And it's got to be Whataburger in Texas, not In-n-Out.

Does the Angels have a fan base on that map? LOL

The Nationals fanbase is too big in NC. The Nats may be able to claim the Outer Banks but that's about it. Definitely not the Raleigh Durham area

And that isn't even totally true. I see a few examples on that map where it isn't true
