Democratic governor doesn't want to delay because there is a Wisconsin Supreme Court election and that court has a Republican majority and they think they have a good chance to take the seat.

Not sure what the Republicans' motivation is.

But its a mess where Judges are turning into dictators ignoring the constitution and parties refuse to work together to the detriment of the people.
