Wouldnt our plan by definition stretch out this time line in order to avoid the health care system collapse.....that would suggest we'd be dealing with this even longer.

Sao Paulo literally takes hours to get from the burbs near the airport to burbs heading towards Campinas. The concentration of people is astounding, as over 14 MM people are packed into this area. I hope, for the good folks of this wonderful country, that some of the medicinal cocktails being evaluated continue to show positive results.

They're obviously expecting a seasonality effect, as most of the country is in the southern hemisphere. A Brazilian city would not be a great place to be, the way they pack them in.

Would be a great place to start building factory cities though. Would just have to remove some rain forest. We could always replace those forest by building new forests in China like trading wetlands. They will have a lot of freed up space over there.
