Honestly, a strange choice by Mizzou. Drink did exactly what he should've done at App, but that doesn't qualify him to run a struggling SEC program.

The AD had no choice. The board cut his legs out from under him with his list that didn't include a "splash" hire name. So he took what he could get. They did great this year. He's proven he won't f' up what's there and they rolled the dice on him being better than that. Time will tell.

Colorado's DC would be a perfect fit for App.

Hoping Coach Clark is retained as HC along with Gas, Watts, and Link.

If Clark is given the HC job I hope he puts his team together with:


Gas, Smith, Watts, Link, Ware and Riley.


I think if Clark does stay that Gas, Smith and Ware will be a mountaineer in 2020.

Second, next buyout should be north of 2 million, we have a lot to offer, you want to stay 1 yr and then take over a P5 program, fine, you agree to a big buyout, that’s the price you pay for your dream job

We didnt have a coach for the bowl last year either. This is actually a best case for App. We have 10 returning offensive starters and alot of depth and 5 defensive starters and alot of depth. Rather give that to a new coach than 2021 when there are more unknowns.

Justin Watts is the recruiting guy. I think he might stay around.

App's team is bigger than one man, hopefully that culture stays with whoever is at the helm.

How much less could he care?

Roof, Link, Riley, DL coach most likely candidates to go with him. Link is a stud.
