bye weeks
How in the holy h3ll do we only really get one bye week... and its at the VERY end of our season? How does that help us AT ALL?

EMU got a bye between week 4 and 5 then they get two 10 day off weeks...

We get ONE 10 day off week between weeks 9 and 10 and then our only full bye between week 11 and 12....

We this team will have played 9 full season weeks of football without ANY additional time off... No wonder we looked a little off out there Saturday on the road.

Not only that we get to enjoy the final three weeks of the season ALL on Tuesdays.

The MAC scheduling did not do us ANY favors this season.

RE: bye weeks
IIRC the 2012 season had no bye weeks. The MAC did give WMU a lot of home Saturday games this year.

RE: bye weeks
We ran 60 plays on offense, EMU ran 80.

Too many 3 and outs by our offense left our defense on field too much with already heavy legs. I do think a bye week prior to now would have helped. But too many combined factors to say it would have changed the outcome.
