If you guys are still able to get 20k+ at those prices it makes sense to charge it to me. Huge advantage at this level to make that kind of money at your home games.

I noticed your upper deck is sold out completely for this game. Those tickets are over $30? Sounds impressive to me. My tix for the CMU @ WMU game were $30 for 20 rows up on the 40 yard line.

We dont sell the upper deck single tickets unless the lower level fills up. They save them to try to sell the $70 season ticket plan, which is a steal, but not the people looking to buy single game tickets will jump on season tickets, despite the great price.

Ah interesting. Maybe less tix sold than I thought for this one then.

Either way I wouldn't look at the higher prices as a bad thing. You guys are filling seats as well as anyone in the MAC at higher prices. Tremendous advantage. It seems the culture of supporting UT athletics is just better than anywhere else in the conference.

Just spitballing, but I'd guess about 75% of the upper deck is sold

RE: WMU at Toledo (-2.5)
My family and I were planning on making the trip this weekend (down from metro Detroit) to see the game, but then I saw the ticket prices. It would have cost my family of four at least $150 to attend. Prices are way too high, I will have to settle watching on TV.

If anyone knows of a place to buy tickets for $20 and under, let me know. I am hoping it will be a good game, regardless.

The $70 multi game ticket family packages, plus free student tickets, drives the attendance up, UT is not getting 24,000+ fans at games all paying $34+ single game tickets

We will have twice as many students there, plus no hs. make up games, plus no forecast of rain, plus 3pm. Walk ups will be way way up.

Yet BGSU Homecoming last year, on same weekend, drew 24,600, far short of a sellout :coffee3

BGSU was 1-4 going into the game. UT not the best of seasons. Not as much interest as when both teams are good.

I disagree... We shall see. Homecoming draws better than any other game P5/BG asside.

I feel it's very low too. It's @Toledo + WMU's D isn't good. That's not to say scrappy divisional games can't have unpredictability. WMU can get turnovers here and there, but the D is just not on-target. I would say if Toledo's D was a bad as other years, yeah, -3 or so is fine. But Toledo's D seems adequate this year though.

I expect Toledo to get in the mid-40s+ on the scoreboard, assuming turnovers don't pile up against them.
I expect WMU to get in the mid-30s+ on the scoreboard.

I'm betting on the game. I think this one's going to be an easy one, if it unfolds how it generally 'should'.

Yes, individual prices might be high, but if you buy season tickets, it's a lot cheaper.

You can get the fan plan tickets for $99
You can buy seats in the fan plan sections, but with no food/Rocky's Locker voucher, for $70 ($11.67 per ticket)
Or you can do the Rocket Flex Plan for $195, with is 12 tickets that you can split up any way you want throughout the season (which is $16.25 per ticket).

And we all know that. but the common folk either don't know or don't want to pay an even higher bill when they were looking at one game

Well, consistency is the key to many, many great and wonderful things. Did you watch our defense against Colorado State? I view WMU as a better team and program than CSU, and it came down to the wire against them.

On the road, at 10:25pm, in 5,000 feet altitude... We win by 20 without garbage refs at home.

This is going to be a very tuff game. We will win if we see a repeat performance of last weeks game by our defense.
