Tyron Arnett to redshirt this season and transfer
https://twitter.com/therego_nett17/statu...91489?s=21
Even though he was named a starter he wasn’t getting the targets that Ricci, Hall, Moore, Bussell and Mixon were seeing. Bess of luck to the young man. I was hoping he’d be a big part of the offense this season.

Play the man! Can he block on kick returns? Ride triumph? Juggle flaming batons?

This transfer rule stinks. This is the downside of having talented recruiting classes. We have hemorrhaged WRs who don’t want to compete.

Didn’t we lose someone last year at the 4 game mark too? Good luck to Tyron.

Tryon is from the famous Muck City area in Florida. High School hotbed that has produced over 40 NFL players including former WMU great Kendrick Mosley. WMU is loaded at WR and has some great FR coming up.

Probably gonna end up like Watson. Not sure if he is hurt, but I think he has 3 catches for App State on the year. I love Western, but if you can't make it in the MAC, there is not a weaker conference in D1.
Maybe he will go the D2 route.

Yeah that mightly Sun Belt team that beat Tennessee really made a mark in Waldo two weeks ago.
Tyron is a good kid he'll end up at FAU, FIU or S Florida my guess near his home. WMU is loaded at WR

There are lots of FCS teams in and around Florida he could go to get immediate playing time and be closer to home.

∆He should've picked one of them then to begin with. I couldn't imagine how frustrating it must be to be a coach with this new stupid transfer rule!
