Great opening night.

1. UConn beat Wagner. For SOS this year, we needed them to win that game. And UMass later on.

Sure, UConn was favored by 23 and won by 3. That's OK. Just win baby.

2. Cincy with an impressive win over UCLA. Favored by 2, won by 10.

3. UCF -44 handling business 55-0 vs FAMU after three quarters.

4. And in perhaps the most impressive showing, Tulane -3 is crushing FIU 42-14 after three quarters. FIU is expected to contend for the CUSA East division crown.

Now that it looks like we're going 4-0 for the night against a mostly quality slate, tomorrow is where we have bigger challenges. It's AAC vs. the Big 10 and If we can beat Wisconsin and Tulsa looks respectable against Michigan State, I will be very, very happy.

So I think you will be pleasantly surprised when the AAC goes 10-2, or better, in this first week of play... The UConn victory basically guaranties 10 victories.

SMU is a dog +3

Memphis is favored by 5.

Navy and Temple are huge favorites.

We finish 7-5 if Navy & Temple win, and SMU and Memphis split.

8-4 if all four win.

And 9-3 if all four win and we pull a big upset.

10-2 seems far fetched.
