RE: Post Your School's Good Times with UConn
"Navy and Connecticut engaged in a two-game, home-and-home series during the tenures of head coaches Randy Edsall and Paul Johnson. In 2002, the Huskies held the Mids to just three first downs and a mere 82 total yards in a 38-0 rout at Navy-Marine Corps Memorial Stadium.

That game still ranks as one of the worst offensive performances of the current triple-option era at Navy and Edsall rankled Johnson with what he whispered during the post-game handshake between the two.

"Don't worry, I won't share this tape to anyone," Edsall reportedly told Johnson, implying that he had solved the triple-option.

It was a completely different story in the rematch at Rentschler Field four years later as Navy exploded for 605 total yards (464 rushing) in a 41-17 rout of Connecticut. During his post-game press conference, Johnson revealed what Edsall had previously said and admitted he couldn't resist a rejoinder.

"You can send this tape to anyone you want," Johnson told Edsall when they met at midfield afterward."

From beat reporter Bill Wagner's pre-game of our 2015 game. I can't find his contemporaneous reporting or Johnson's post-game presser transcript from 2006.

The Miracle on Mockingbird, sweeping National champion UCONN in 2013-14, 5-0 in football, 10-4 in men's basketball. I know I will greatly miss having them in the conference and not because we have dominated them in the revenue sports. They are down, but still a power program.

Those were the days. That game was magnificent. I wasn't too long out of college. Planned to try to be home from the bar before midnight that night with work the next morning. That game just kept going. One of the greatest games I've ever watched.

The Bearcats have so many wins over UConn it's hard to say.

The 8 game basketball win streak has been pretty great. Sadly the most memorable game in the Bearcat/UConn basketball series involved UConn hitting a 75 footer to tie the game in triple OT of the conference tournament. Here's the most memorable UC win.

In football UC's Saturday ABC win playing their backup QB during the undefeated 2009 season was probably the most memorable. Collaros was unbelievable that night.

And lets not forgot the baseball conference title beatdown this year.

It was nice of them to give Scotty Mo half of his total wins as a HC.

RE: Post Your School's Good Times with UConn
There are too many YouTube links to our highlights against UConn while we were in the AAC together...

11-5 against them in the sport they care about so dearly (15-13 against them all-time...so, they're leaving a team who they couldn't beat)
5-1 against them in the sport they just body-bagged (12-3 against them all time...so, they're leaving a team who they couldn't beat blindfolded))
Executing Order-66 on them in the AAC Baseball Championship this past year (.500 against them all-time...so, about even...congrats guys, glad to see you're going to a baseball conference...wait...)

Man...I'm so sad to see them go...now we're actually going to have to worry about every team on our schedule again...

Basically every time. We seem to win no matter what.

They win a NC in basketball? We still manage to beat them twice.
Death Penalty in football? They are our first win in our first season back.

UCONN always seemed a Air Tight win.

Thanks, Huskies.

Tulsa is 6-4 all-time against UConn men's basketball.

We went 1-1 against them in football.

Imagine that though..."Lowly" Tulsa has a winning basketball record against the all-mighty, blue blood, national champion UConn Huskies.

They appear to be gaining on you. Good thing for UCF they are leaving before they get the other 40 points shaved off that score.
