Of the 14 stadiums I see 4 including Syracuse's almost 50k. Filling out the remaining 3 are Wake Forest, Boston College, and Duke. None of those schools have been powerhouses while Duke and Syracuse more than hold their own in Basketball to make up for any deficiencies in football. Either way 4 of 14 is not numerous at 28 percent IMO.

More than one in four is a sizable number.

We went from numerous to sizeable. I suppose eventually we'll find the right adjective.

4 of 14 is numerous. More than 1 in 4 is a sizable ratio.

That half of them are under 58k is a pretty strong argument in fact the ACC is the 4th place in P5 by average capacity beating only the PAC.

What's that make the AAC's 2 or 12 converted to 1 or 6, since it's less than sizeable? That's how many AAC stadiums have more than 58k.

BTW, your math is incorrect as only 6 of the 14 teams in the ACC have less then 58k according to this "official" site:

Does Miami and Pitt really count? They pay rent to their local NFL teams to use their stadium. You think Pitt needs a 68k stadium...

ECU fans may know for sure, but only NC State lists the number at 60,000 everyone else list it at 57k+. Including a 247 NC State page and ESPN.

You're also getting off topic. You asserted Louisville stadium size was why they got the invite. Clearly that was not the case.

OK, back on topic. I contend that Louisville got the invite shorty after expanding and/or announced plans to expand. I haven't seen a denial or proof otherwise.

As does Temple but I digress. Agreed, Pitt does not need that large a stadium. Miami is probably in the same situation but I know very little about them.

That's not how it works and you know it. You don't prove a null hypothesis. Rather the assertion requires you prove the claim Louisville got in because of their expansion.

Louisville is in over UConn and Cincy with similar resumes at the time. The differences is that Louisville got the nod. Now disprove that.

Lol but it was their stadium size? Prove it. Which is like the third or fourth time I've asked, hell I'll take a speculative sports writer's opinion at the time that it was the difference in stadium sizes.

Louisville has been playing football much longer than UConn and had more recent basketball success than Cincinnati. They also had a deep pocket booster spending crazy on them.

Carter Finley seats 57,500, but you can get more in there.

I did and you responded weakly, a pattern others have noticed about you. I'm not going to continue arguing with an empty suit, who responds with the familiar childish "I know you are but what am I?" type of response.

No you stated your opinion. What you think is irrelevant. Even one media mention of Louisville getting in because of stadium size....it really shouldn't be that hard.

You asserted something not supported by evidence. Now you're just spitting out fallacies and more of your opinion, too bad that doesn't help your arguement.
