Oh i don't doubt it.

Dip had many admirable qualities, but his ability to rile the chimps is yet to be surpassed.

Speaking of that thread though, holy cow...what a train wreck. Their new staff hasn't coached one game in Mt. Pee and they have no idea what their team is going to look like, but they're already calling for 8+ wins and a MAC championship in year 1. They think MacElwain is going to rocket the chimps to the top of the MAC and then take off for a P5 gig after 1-2 years. They also think their long overdue facility upgrades (locker room, scoreboard, lipstick on a pig) will put their facilities at the top of the MAC and on par with some P5 programs. Jesus, it's like...what do you even say to this stuff? Pure delusion.

I understand that they are excited to put Bono behind them and bring in a fresh coaching staff, but that program needs to be rebuilt from the ground up. OL, DL, LB, QB and WR are all void of talent. It will take several recruiting classes to turn things around, if it ever happens.

As he used to say privately, “I just use their words against them, they provide all the ammo. They don’t get it”.

This guy is the epitome of that. What a stooge, but hardly surprising.

CMU football has become a reflection of the overall institution: beaten down and irrelevant, with its best days far behind it.

Glad to see a new video board and improvements at Waldo North Stadium, however. WMU has not lost there since Obama's first term, 2010 (and that was because of a fluke, unforced, WMU fumble at the goal line).

WMU has won four of the last five against the low-energy-Chimps. OUR Cannon Trophy is home, where it belongs, in Kalamazoo.

Heeke, Enos and Bonamego were the best things to ever happen to WMU football! Isn't that right, Chiprule?!
