Your mid-season HTown Speed City update...04-wine

Cougars T&F teams are at the Penn Relays and Drake Relays (and a few at Texas A&M this weekend too).

The Coogs dominating the Championship of America Relays at the 125th Penn Relays. Coogs men win the 4x100, 4x200 and 4x400 championships.

Here's a screenshot of the Coogs smoking the competition in the 4x400m, coming into the home stretch:

Coogs currently ranked #4, trying to round into shape. We're now two weeks away from the AAC Outdoor Championships, four weeks from the NCAA Regionals, and six weeks from the NCAA Championships.

Too bad there is no such thing as P5 track.

Sent from the warp via the ruinous powers of chaos.

The Penn Relays looks like a great event for Philadelphia. Beautiful day there, beautiful setting.
