USF wins the CBI!
Holds off DePaul 77-65

Obviously not the biggest postseason tournament but a great job nonetheless.

Will be great for building this team into next year.

What a job by Brian Gregory. He took an absolute trash heap, one of the worst D1 programs, and made them more than respectable in 2 years.

9 out of the top 10 USF players return next year.

As Michael Kelly says, If they're going to keep score, we might as well win!

So proud of this team. Went from picked to finish dead last to one of the only four teams in the country to end their season with a win. A beautiful turnaround season. CBG deserves a Coach of the Year award.

This team has stolen my heart.

The refs tried their very hardest to ensure DePaul won. Every time, we pushed them back. First CBI winner on a road court in I think four years.

An unbelievable coaching job by Gregory. Took a dumpster fire to 24 wins and a postseason tournament title in 2 years.

Great pieces for next year too. Collins and Yetna can do big things here.
