Should be a good match up of two strong teams. Very similar to a NCAA type game with neutral court and high level of play for both teams. Winner advances to play the winner of the TCU vs Texas all big xii semifinal played after this game.

WSU only trails by five. A comeback is easily achievable.

Seems both teams are pushing a little. Hopefully they settle down. Expect Wichita to slide behind the post rather than double to eliminate the seal and over the top post entry. Also for some more backdoor cuts to take advantage of Wichita's athleticism for some easy baskets.

If I was Marshall I would also pick up the pace, there have been clear stretches where Lipscomb is just not able to keep up. Time to let your depth wear then down.

Also Enchinyca (I am sure I just butchered the spelling, sorry) is going to hear about getting beat back to the defensive side after made Wichita baskets. Those two buckets are essentially the difference in this game right now.

Bad start and a bad finish in that first half.....overshadows the strong middle part.

They have been a strong 2nd half team. That's actually a bit of a theme for all of the AAC teams when playing ooc. I think the depth of most teams and some good strength and conditioning coaches are the primary reasons. Sometimes the latter is pretty clear when the teams are standing next to their individual opponent.

Matthews is the best player on the floor.

Wichita is the better team.
