I wonder if trump will actually let this go or try to claim it's not true.
Pelosi and Schumer rebuttal got higher TV ratings than Trump's border security address
No doubt the memes being posted about them moved a few people to watch.
Perhaps, they looked ridiculous.
we knew it would be a laugh a minute....that's why we tuned into that clown show....

This is the problem with you guys and your feedback loops.
My goodness man .... are you that dumb and out of touch with reality? EVERYTHING you have been spewing on here this morning displays one thing and one thing only. It displays that you (and the rest of the snowflakes/sheep on Capital Hill) are ONLY interested in trying to score political points. The don't give a Rat's A$$ about what is good for America.
All of your weaksauce rhetoric such as "looky, looky, he's boxed in" ... clap, clap, clap, or, "pollsters blame Trump" ... clap, clap, clap.
I couldn't care less about the political gains of one side or the other over this crisis, and make no mistake about it, it is a crisis. Thousands upon thousands of people just showing up at our southern border trying to infiltrate our country however possible is a bad situation anyway you slice it. It is directly resulting in the deaths of numerous American citizens every year, not to mention several types of other crimes.
On top of all of this, we all know by now that Obama, Shumer, Hillary, Pelosi, etc. ALL spoke out strongly just a few short years ago about the need for a barrier on the southern border along with significant funding to support the blockage of illegal immigration. Now, like you, they don't care anymore about doing the right thing. They would rather play politics like it is a big game instead. All they care about is political power and sheep like you give them your mindless support to the detriment of all of us.
The Republicans controlled Congress then. Why didn't they put out a budget with money for a wall then? Certainly Obama would have signed it and Pelosi, etc. would have gone for it?

both sides of the aisle have whiffed this issue over time....
I've been very critical how both parties of congress have legislated over my lifetime....
since this country became the richest in the world, the more ginned up our legislative branch has become
it's why I despise politics.....but dammit boy, it's still fun to laugh at the dipshites.....

Some people probably tuned in late. I did, and missed about half Trump's speech. Interesting that Fox viewers watched both, while more liberal stations had higher viewership for Pelosi and Shumer. Guess that clarifies which side enjoys the echo chamber.

Not really...just says which side knew that trump was not going to say anything new. And they were right.
