Best of luck to both of them. Don't know much about Doyle to comment, but I know Bogan has been a class act on and off the field and will certainly be successful in life, no matter where paths take him.

It is a reflection of some principles they learned from Fleck. Actually, almost all of the Fleckisms are things that are taught in leadership trainings. They are great concepts, and obviously Bogan and Doyle took them to heart.
