Thanks. Only East Carolina and Navy (both at home) standing in our way.
As much as it may seem that ECU and Navy have both been pounded into submission by injuries and blowout defeats, there is no question that Tulane is fully capable to losing to either or both of them.
But at least for now, our dream of making it to the Cure Bowl, to face one of the Sun Belt’s top five teams, is still alive.

They did the same thing to us. Maybe they're good.
Let’s not get carried away. We are a decent team but the close losses to Wake, SMU, and @UAB still count. Good teams don’t drop those winnable games.
We're getting better QB play. If we had great QB play we'd be good. The program is much better than it was even at 4-5. Let's just get into a bowl.

Anybody know why espn.com has no stats on this game? I mean, none at all. Three brief video-clips and that’s it

Shere Khan, you didn’t really answer the question
As for Fritz, I guess I have mixed feelings. But at any rate, we just gave him a huge (for us) raise/extension during the past off-season so I honestly doubt we could can him right now in any case, unless there was a nasty scandal or the team simply disintegrated and lost to FCS teams, stuff like that. And admittedly, that hasn’t happened. So bottom line: yeah he’s going to be here a while.

I would join the Asun and focus on basketball. WaronI75 vs fgcu has a nice ring to it.
Penalty for piling on. Fifteen yards, still third down. USF with the ball.

I had a dream that my Bulls got their a$$es kicked by Tulane.
Just a dream, right?
Wow....
Good game Tulane. Your boys showed up to play ...our guys left their fight in Houston.

We've lost some winnable games the last couple of years (too many) but the improvement is significant. We were a punching bag for most of the last decade...we aren't any more.
I have some micro complaints, but we are far better off than we were 3 years ago.

The writing was on the wall for USF.
You can't barely escape games vs. ECU, UConn, and Tulsa and expect to keep eeking games out against better teams.

West is Best! West is Best!
Tell that to Navy right now.
What?
We have just as many losses in the West as we do to teams from the East.

Yep. Anyone whoactually SAW our games knew damn well we have issues all over. That we got to 7-0 is one of the strangest things I have seen in CFB for awhile...

Which should keep strong in Tampa at least another year. I don't get people always linking him to the next big job available. I think he is a good coach, but not necessarily a great coach. Best of luck to both teams It's too bad that ends the UCF/USF being a ranked matchup.
