Just saw that Notre Dame has never played in Annapolis. Why is that? They played in Ireland for christ sakes.

Navy's idea. It never wants to play ND in Annapolis.

They have always played their "home" games versus ND in big NFL stadiums for bigger gate/concession, etc...payments.

Maybe they dont want ND fans stinking the place up. Idk

Added detail: our guarantee from city of Jacksonville was reported as $4.5 million. Nearly 64,000 in the house today and the nosebleeds were $60 so similar.

We would have to triple ticket prices at NMCMS to get that, and our townie season ticket base would probably sell em to Domers at that price.

Also, one of our recruiting points - remember we are fishing in a different pond than A5s or most of y'all - in addition to "ND isn't recruiting you but you can play against them" has always been "Look at the multiple NFL stadia you'll get to play in."
