There is a 3rd group who thinks that Trump is part of the establishment. Since there was another deviced sent to the White House as well. It is somebody who hates both sides.

Wouldn't be surprised if the Dem leadership is doing this to run interference against an otherwise terrible news cycle for them. That's what it looks like to me. I concede that it could be a progressive operating on his/her own though too.

I have serious questions about the timing here.

The Dems need badly to deflect from all the mob attacks on republicans and conservatives. Trump supporters, even the more extreme ones, have little reason to be that angry right now at the Clintons,Obamas or CNN. We are winning and winning big right now.

People have used false flags like this all across the world for decades. Its nothing new.

We really know nothing right now.

I find it interesting that the targets were weakened political figures who are on the mat and struggling to get back up right now, and just 2 weeks before an election.

The left has been repeatedly committing acts of political violence against the right. As I predicted on one of these threads last week, the triggering of the nuts on the right was inevitable. I don't suspect a Democratic ploy. That just brings attention to all of their violence.

Maybe it was, maybe it wasn't.

You see, person (or group) A can have one motive while person (or group) B has a different motive.

The immigration caravan is nothing new. This has happened too many times in recent history.

Did Trump actively cause this group to head toward the U.S.? If so, then my reaction would be different.

However, I believe Trump is reacting to an event. The conservative stance on these events has consistently been to oppose them. Conservatives oppose ILLEGAL immigration while supporting LEGAL immigration.

If this caravan ramped up after the midterms I think Trump's response would be the same.

I do think the caravan was spurred by various Soros-related groups.

So, in this sense I think the caravan and possibly the bombs were left-wing attempts to sway voters to their side.
