RE: Pray for Tally
Definitely. This huge storm has crept up on us and suddenly a near cat 5 with 150 mile an hour winds is making landfall.

Thoughts and prayers.

This one is so bad we're expecting 4-6 inches of rain in Raleigh with sustained winds of 40 mph with gusts up to 60 mph. Of course, we're many hundreds of miles from landfall. The damage in the panhandle may be catastrophic but there will be a lot of inland damage on a swath from Florida to NC. I fear more flooding on NC rivers that are still subsiding from Hurricane Florence.

Pray for Mexico Beach and Panama City as well. They'll catch a lot more of the devastation than Tallahassee will. It'll be bad everywhere in the track but the coast always catches the worst.

It is a real mess, esp near the coast. Going to take a couple of years to recover..

Yep, two of my former homes were wiped out in one morning, one in Mexico Beach and one in Callaway. Many former neighbors and friends are in a lot of pain. But in the midst of that it has to be a miraculously low number of fatalities for a weather event that severe.
