"Kalamazoo" Gazette hits new low!
I really apologize if I missed something or maybe only part of our paper was delivered today but I scanned the entire paper and didn't see a single mention of yesterday's WMU Homecoming game! I must have missed something (I'm getting old...I probably did). 24,000+ in attendance, a noon start, countless reunions and activities in and around "Kalamazoo" (the town after which the paper is named) and minimal, if any, coverage. Just disgraceful. Seriously, I must be missing part of the paper. If true, we need to rename the paper. Suggestions???

The Gazette always gave short-shrift to Western, even back 30-40 years ago. The late Jack Moss's heart belonged to Notre Dame and WMU came in 4th after ND, UM, MSU.

I'm with you on the "paper". I've already cancelled the other days but my wife insists on a Sunday paper for whatever reason. Small concession. Just think they need to reconsider their name.

We went Sunday only for a while but then they just started only delivering it at random intervals. When it did come it was mostly flyers and just a half hearted excuse for the actual fish wrap.

A joke is a joke but eventually we just gave up on it.

Mlive might want to read their own articles: https://www.mlive.com/news/kalamazoo/ind...ester.html

There is a lot of money pouring into Kalamazoo from Michigan and Chicago. I know when we spend the night there I always pick up the Gazette to check the WMU coverage. Kalamazoo would not be the city it is without WMU.
