#2 Lovie Smith at Illinois, seriously, Illinois. That program hasn’t won anything in ever, and they keep hiring exNFL head coaches and they keep not winning. If no one cares, how can you rank them as high as #2???

Exactly, it’s Illinois, they are historically a terrible team.
