RE: Troy vs CCU
Look. The Nebraska win was good. The LSU win was great. Troy is a good football team. Stop trying to belittle it.
It will make it that much better when the Chanticleers ***** slap them today.
Go Chants!

Scottie Mo I thought should've been fired in Week 1. The seasons following Ruffin McNeil's departure have been laughable and much less than a disappointment to the expectations built up by Skip Holtz, Ruffin, and Lincoln Riley. However, I would put UNC on the same level as Nebraska, most likely, and ECU held them to around 70 yards in the second half of their game and put it away easily.
They also played USF close last week in a defensive game which isn't the norm in Greenville to say the least. Things may be turning around but I still would prefer that Scottie not be the answer to that turnaround, especially considering that a fellow alumn was fired after one down season after losing many star players and Lincoln Riley.
ECU lost to NC A&T&A&M or sth, that's all I need to know...and beating UNC at home is not exactly the same thing as going to Lincoln and beating Nebraska in front of 90,000 people...
Nebraska is 103 in the Massey Ratings. But hey, why let facts get in the way of a good story?
You lost to Penn state
I swear to God you are the most ignorant poster on this board. *** **** you are an idiot.
Phahahaha!
You don’t even know where I was going with that post. But continue...

I would be careful, ECU wouldn’t even beat Nebraska this year.

Actually, I respect ECU's FB history, even though ECU has been stagnating for quite some time now. But long history and great fanbase... Troy is just building its own FBS history, and we will take any signature win we can get, esp over storied programs and if it comes along with feature stories in mags such as SI, even better. The Nebraska win itself is nice but coupled with the LSU upset is the real achievement and this is the only reason why SI also decided to send a reporter to Troy who was embedded with the team for an entire week - and then actually published the story.

RE: Troy vs CCU
Question for any Chanticleer fans listening to the game on 99.5 FM:
Why does it sound like we're broadcasting the game from the bottom of Lake Lagoona??
