I think you are right. Seems a little high to me. I'm thinking about Memphis by 18 pts.

It's very high. Memphis didn't look particularly amazing in the Navy game last week, and it's not like Georgia State has looked bad or anything.

I think its more Vegas basing a line more on last year than anything else.

Vegas isn’t going to look at that Navy game and over react. That’s the beauty of the oddsmakers, they never over react.

I think it is winnable. A good showing on ESPN would go a long way.

Small sample size but based off Memphis losing to Navy I dont see how the line is 20+? GaSt can win this game.

I'd be surprised if GaSt loses by more than 10

According to Memphis it was the rain...

Seems high to me as well. Line is higher for that game than ULM-Texas A&M, which seems crazy to me. I definitely think Georgia St. has a better chance to win. Hope ULM can give them a scare though. Possible if offense and defense decide to play on the same day.

Oh it only rained when they were on the field.....

….I think the bad weather is a valid excuse for a spread passing team like Memphis. Playing an option running team like Navy during rain didn't help either.

Memphis throws the ball... a lot. Navy does not. I do think it makes a difference. Bowling Green had issues with the rain in our bowl game a few years ago.
