Why not open a pizza/subshop in the Glass Bowl that serves campus? A very good commercial oven is under $20,000. FAU has a Subway in their stadium that does subs and pizza.

Make on site, was a solution I had offered on one of these threads. Someone had a good explanation, why it wouldn't work, as I recall.

Subway, I can smuggle in easily enough for a fraction the price. Heck, I usually have a little something from Tom's anyhow, knowing I couldn't get anything decent in house. When that little grill opened up in the SW corner of the GB, I switched to theirs but it's a small operation, lines prohibitive. And subject to their choice of the week offering. But I would really go for more entrepreneurial things like that. A school with a business school, I'd like to see what grads and students can cook up.

Yeah, a pizza oven in the GB would be a great thing
