Missoula has so many leftists. Butte was a labor union stronghold. There are plenty of leftists out there. Montana is a live and let live state. The people rarely discriminate against anything, but the job market isn’t there.

Billings and a Great Falls are much more conservative. West of the Rockies, it doesn’t hardly have sun in the winter. Bozeman is probably the best choice for living, but it’s getting so expensive. Billings is the most friendly for jobs and rather affordable and is close to great skiing and the outdoors, like Yellowstone and the Big Horn Mountains in Wyoming.
