RE: Where Does Liberty Fit In A-Sun Sports?
Is this a question? Or are you telling us where Liberty will fit?

Mostly, I can see Liberty at or near the top.

Baseball will be top 5 in the conference,

Basketball will be a question, after watching the A-Sun the past few years, I have came to the reality that the A-Sun is probably the most underrated basketball league in D1. They are a lot better than givin credit for, this past season, it would not have shocked me to have seen both Lipscomb and FGCU get NCAA bids. Then have a NIT bid or 2 after that. It is a very good and exciting conference for basketball and baseball. Softball is coming around too, the addition of Liberty and North Alabama is going to make competition in the A-Sun very strong.

I will agree with you there; no wonder the transitioned occurred during this time before the next upcoming school year. Plus I believe this was a smart move for Liberty to expand their brand and recruiting for the next few seasons. This will be interesting to see what will happen from now till 2023-25, which is the projected time period of the next conference realignments.
