Especially too long to wait and hire because that is right during key recruiting season...Penny will already draw enough NCAA eyes because of his AAU ties, this would just make it too obvious to the Indianapolis folks...

Maybe they’ll be preoccupied with the real cheaters? One can hope

Like Jerry Tarkanian used to say..."The NCAA is so mad at Kentucky they're going to give Cleveland State another year of probation"
