Yep that's what he did with JP Prince. When he didn't commit he moved onto CDR instead which turned out pretty well.

Is [was] true. Whether Penny succeed as a D1 head basketball coach is up for debate right now but whether Penny being hired makes a lot of high level basketball schools really nervous about potential recruits is without a doubt true. No wishful thinking
