No, he denies the interference happened. Even his tweet today only addresses his innocence, not the actual interference. We're not talking about his collusion ( if it happened) we're talking about him refusing to acknowledge it actually happened.
If as you say he acknowledges the interference, why has he not actively addressed it and called for sanctions?
