I hope we have another packed house tonight. I think our guys come out determined and on a mission. I am optimistic about this one.

We are 2.5 point favorites with the over/under at 156.

RE: Elon - 2/15/2018
I was looking at some stats this year, and we need Talley to look to distribute more, not score. We rarely win when he is the one taking the most shots on the team.

L - JMU - Talley 15 shots, Cacok 9, Taylor 8
W- Hofstra - Taylor 17, Cacok 13, Talley 12
L- OT -NU - Taylor 23, Cacok 18, Talley 13, Fornes 10
L - Hofstra - Talley 14, Taylor 11, Fornes 10, Cacok 7
L - Tribe - Talley 21, Cacok 15, Fornes 11
W- JMU - Cacok 17, Taylor 11, Talley 11
W- Towson - Taylor 17, Talley 13, Fornes 9
L- CofC - Cacok 19, Taylor 12 ,Talley 11
L-OT- NU- Fornes 13, Cacok 12, Talley 12
W- Elon - Taylor 19, Talley 17, Fornes 14, Cacok 10
L - Delaware - Talley 12, Taylor 12, Estime 11, Cacok 10
L - Towson - Taylor 13, Talley 12, Cacok 10
W- Drexel - Talley 16, Cacok 15, Fornes 11
L - Delaware - Talley 15, Fornes, Cacok, Taylor, Bryan 10

We have 5 wins, and only one win when Talley takes the most shots. We have got to get Taylor and Cacok shooting the ball, with Talley taking some shots, but not more than the other players.

Good analysis. Problem is we never really seem to know when Taylor or Fornes are going to have a big night. Too often, they both go cold at the same time...primarily on the road, however.

This is where Estime can come into play in a big way.

It's not a matter of going cold, it's a matter of taking shots. They can all go cold, including Talley. As the PG, it's his job to get them involved and tell them to shoot if they aren't. He can't just take matters into his own hands to score.

True. I do think Talley MOSTLY takes his shots within the flow of the offense. But when he’s not, and is forcing things, the offense doesn’t work.

looks like the coaches were intentional about getting everyone involved in scoring. Taylor, Cacok and Fornes aggressive on offense. Like it.

Sharing the ball and looking for the extra pass leading to good, open looks. Wow.

Complete domination. We may score 60 in the first half. Besides scorching the net, 14 -3 rebounds, 4-0 steals, 11-5 assists, no fouls. Unreal.

No need to get so excited and start shooting after one pass or so early in the shot clock. That would play right into the hands of helping Elon get right back in the game.

Too much one on one now, get back to passing and movement of the ball. Make the extra pass, no rush to shoot.

Once again these techs are absolutely ridiculous.

I really hope McGrath lets him start on Saturday for senior day.

It's really bad. These refs are more sensitive than millienals who need a safe space
