Overall, we're 11-8 as a conference as of the end of Friday's games. A couple of big wins.

TXST hosting The Bobcat Classic. Will play both Sam Houston State and #9 Florida State today.

GS got rained out, making up the games today.

Beat Sam Houston for the second time, lost to Florida State for the second time.

2-2 on the young season. Coach Woodard got her 600th career victory today.

UTA Beat UMass to open the day. The Southern Miss game was suspended due to lightning. UTA was down 4-2, but have hope with a bases loaded one-out fifth going.

Coastal beats Iowa State again today 5-0, and they beat UNCG 2-1 to remain perfect

USA beat Providence 4-3 and Illinois 10-3 today.

UTA beats Southern Miss 6-4. Now 3-1 on the year.

USA pitches a no hitter to beat Butler 6-0. The impressive thing is that Devin Brown wasn’t pitching.

Devin Brown strikes out 5 of the last 6 batters to secure a 1-0 win over UNF. Jags improve to 4-1.

Troy beat Valparasio 7-0 on Saturday. All Sunday games cancelled for rain.

Troy moves to 3-0 on the season.

As much as I hate USA in a rivalry softball way I always want you to do well except when we play head to head it make the conference so much better. If Troy bounces back to form and a few other teams step up this can be a very good conference with Texas State playing well as usual. Looks like a fun season ahead.
