It's my fault. I responded to the North Texas fan that I graduated from the University of Houston. I deleted it because I don't want to be labeled a troll on my home board. I grew up at Rice Stadium from the early 80's. I bleed Navy Blue. I like to think I Have a unique perspective from attending a public school, but pulling for a private one in my heart. All love for CUSA, but especially CUSA WEST.

I can appreciate your perspective. My older brother went to UofH. He would take me to the games back when Andre Ware QB'd the Coogs at the Dome. Ware was our high school's QB back when I was young. He graduated with my sister. Funny thing is my brother is a Rice season ticket holder, and now has no part of anything UofH does. And, I agree, I love C-USA West (even though it means tolerating UTSA).
