If the intellectually lazy would care to recall from back in March with the fake hubbub about Trump passing classified information to the Russians the fact was pointed out that as President he can pass whatever information he wants to whomever he wants as he is the ultimate arbiter of what is and isn't classified. If he determines it's in the best interest for his Senior Advisor to the President to read his daily briefing there is absolutely nothing that anybody can do to stop him. That's his prerogative as head of the Executive Branch of the United States federal government.

Depends. If there is sensitive material that is considered classified or above yes. If it is classified or above, they can only review it if the sensitive material has been redacted. If the person has a interim they can review it up to a certain point.

If it's considered unclassified in any instance they can view it.

Can anyone confirm whether or not Kushner reads the PDB or has security clearance.

My sources tell me he was denied security clearance but still reads the PDB regularly.

I never thought that. If he has security clearance and was reading those documents I wouldn't have a problem with it

If he didn't have clearance and he was reading it. I would consider that dangerous but not illegal.

My bottom line is that Trump already allows twice as many people see PDBs as Obama did in 8 years.

I did and unlike the hacks there, I have a secret clearance and went through all the briefings and classes and have refresheres every so many months.

So again, tell me if there's classified Intel and if it's redacted or not.
