You reckon that's $20 per couple?

Nope. Still a great deal and an even better cause.

That all looks great.

However...they should be more careful in how they design flyers.

$20 REQUIRED a donation means that the appetizers are not FREE.

Should be worded if that is the idea...$20 required, INCLUDES appetizers.

Pet peeve.

Not a BIG deal. Just a mild annoyance.

Their wording is purposeful and careful.

$20 donation with free appetizers is their attempt for donors to be able to deduct the full $20.

$20 donation that includes appetizers means the deductible donation is $20 less the FMV of appetizers, so maybe $15 or $12.

Better get there early and get your $20 worth. I hear folks aren't eating much that day to take full advantage of the free geeds. LOAD UP before it goes fast.

LOL!

The last time btiger and I attended one of these (CMN’s first signing day) I think he beat me to the last chiggen wing and I ate some cheese and a couple of pickles. But $20 for the unsweet tea was for a good cause.

If hungry, it is definitely not the event where you want to be fashionably late and make an entrance.

Speaking of our last time there 2016, where has 21-17alterego1&2 been lately? She stood next to us that night. I miss her input.

Hungry doesn’t much enter into it. It’s just a matter of principles.

Principle #1: Strive to get more than your money’s worth !!!!!!

Not going. I would like to go but the venue is way too small and crowded for a winter event. In the summer you can go outside. Impossible to get to any food.

RE: National Signing Day Party
Maybe we'd get better attendance at football and basketball games if we set up the concession stands buffet style?

O Yes! Let’s have a gluten free table, a vegan one and a paleo buffet !

And as much barbecue sauce as you eat.

Last year, they bumped up the food quantities and there was plenty to go around.
