It looks a little like Nippert. Flattery is the best compliment. I hope it goes through. We need nice venues in the conference.

Nippert is a beautiful stadium. I've been hoping it looks similar.

Not too bad. Build it bare bones and then you can add on as you go.

Better than paying rent to Jeff Lurie.

are there luxury boxes/suites? I can't really tell from the picture. We added these to Nippert and they bring in a TON of money vs general seating. They pay for themselves and really get local businesses involved (since they buy most of the suites).

Not sure how many, but yes, they are part of the plan.

Here is another concept. I think this one is better, IMO:

At least this lets us talk something positive, instead of that joke of a basketball coach.

Since you have an urban campus, you should use other building around it to add viewing areas, suites, hotels, etc. It has a lot of potential.

That is cool looking... very unique, which makes it identifiable with the school.

So is this just concept or is there more meat to these?

How is the politics side going?

So glad Tulsa doesn't have to bring the city in on something like this. Seems a pain to work through.

From what I know, more definitive designs have been shown privately to donors. I don't think these ones in the article are 100% what it will look like.

Still that shows progress and prep, if the door opens a crack Temple can shove their foot in and have a ocs before anyone even realizes a deal was done.
