Longest-tenured Sun Belt head coaches in football, MBB, and baseball
Got interested in this while trying to compare Georgia Southern's coaching attrition to the rest of the conference. Guess I shouldn't be surprised how recent all of the football hires are, but basketball kind of surprised me (only two coaches had their first season before 2010).

Oh, and somehow the newest conference member that just came from the Big South narrowly misses having the longest-tenured coach in all 3 sports.

Years are the first season for each head coach. If there are any mistakes sorry, I put it together quickly.

Football
Joe Moglia (2012)
Scott Satterfield (2013)

Shawn Elliot (2017)
Steve Campbell (2018)
Chad Lunsford (2018)
Billy Napier (2018)

Danny Kaspar (Texas State) (2013-2014)
Jim Fox (App) (2014-2015)
Wes Flanigan (UALR) (2016-2017)
Mike Balado (Ark State) (2017-2018)

Tony Robichaux actually started with the Cajuns in 1995.

Thanks for putting together the list...but Ty Harrington has been in San Marcos since 2000.

He was with Southwest Texas State from 2000-2003 and Texas State from 2004-present.

Prior to Troy's recent rash of retirees, all of the big three coaches were in place for a looooonnnngggg time.

Bobby Pierce (baseball) - 13 years
Larry Blakeney (football) - 24 years
Don Maestri basketball - 31 years

That’s impressive but in today’s climate I don’t think you see that for a long time if ever.

Keith Richard's first year at ULM was the same as Marlin's first at Louisiana. He's in his eighth season.

Make sure that when you give the year "started at", that it is as head coach.
