Alabama does not deserve to play in this game tonight. Georgia, USC, OSU and UCF do.

Championships should be objective, not subjective.

Besides, the game tonight is fixed, like the NFL.

They certainly didn't earn it.

Certainly Alabama was worthy of a spot, by the BS subjective, traditional-power-Walmart-football-school entitlement standard which is in place for selecting "playoff teams". They were conspicuously more deserving than Ohio State, which really was the only other school considered by the media and idiots who drive and are driven by the media, since Ohio State had no business whatsoever thinking it should get a spot. But all of that is beside the point. The real question should be whether there will ever be a legitimate playoff to determine a D1 national champion. If so, it must, by logic, include the champion of every D1 conference. Probably there should also be a few "at large" selections for schools who are clearly deserving, but didnt win their conference. Alabama would without question have fallen into this category, but it shouldn't matter what conference the school is in; the at large should simply be the best non-automatic qualifiers.

To do anything other that this is stupid, and shouldnt be accepted.
