Neither here nor there but the guy that played Jim Lahey (John Dunsworth) passed away last year.

He was truly a talented actor and it is a shame he never got more of his due.

BTW, are Jim Lahey AAC styled ****-isms allowed or would that be going too far ?

Congrats to UC for a very impressive win over SMU today. I am looking forward to the two games against UC, they both should be good. And in spite of the 20 point loss today, I still think the game at SMU will be very, very tough. SMU appears to be almost unbeatable at home. Very mediocre on the road, but very good at home.

I was glad to see JT3 on screen. Going back a few decades I used to play pick up basketball with him, Rollie Massimino's son Andrew, and others at some rec center in Cherry Hill NJ before work. Those were some fun times.

JT3 as bad of an announcer as he was a basketball coach.

I'm very pleased with our leadership action in here. I was becoming fairly concerned that this board was going to be a biased affair with respect to moderation but my fears have now been allayed. One comment if I may: Playdumb is most likely a very young poster (I'm thinking around 12); it's one thing to be annoying AND funny/intelligent, but this guy is just annoying. The point of his existence on this board appears to be thread stalking/shitting after every Shocker comment that triggers him. I hope he is monitored much more closely. The Shocker Crew will do our best to ignore him as long as the mods keep his leash taut.
