The new rules makes it hard for schools to take chances anymore as you can lose a scholarship if he doesn't qualify late.

Cincy is killing it in recruiting this year. This looks to be a foundation class to build you back into a contender. Congrats and hope he can qualify for you guys.

Thanks for stopping by Tex. I miss a lot of the old BE guys, although I cannot bring myself to visit the ACC board.

Indeed, and hopefully we find ourselves playing Syracuse every year again... if you know what I mean. 04-cheers

Lots of us feel the same way...I'd like to see Notre Dame (all sports) and Cincy or UConn.

Or bring in Cincy/UConn all sports and keep Notre Dame as a partial and maybe add someone like Georgetown or Villanova also as a partial partner.

When you get that big...gotta go pods.

Hmm. Looks like whatever intel made it to Syracuse is likely hurting his standing with us. So much talk of adding him to the fold this weekend, but it never happened and after we took Sanders commitment, the math doesn't look like we are in on Smith any more with only a couple spots left.

Yeah they decided he's not a take. Two more spots. It'll be interesting to see where they go from here. Do they take the best available or try and fill more needs. They are going to come up short on the OL regardless, unless they add another grad transfer there.
