Biggest wins in history
Name your schools top wins in football program history. Can’t remember everyone’s. Make it in recent history meaning year 2000 and up

1. #25 LSU
2. #17 Missouri
3. Oklahoma State
4. Mississippi State
5. Middle Tennessee state (2006) Miracle in Murphreesboro (vaulted Troy to string together 5 championships.)
6. Navy

Why did you mention Michigan? No one remembers it.

RE: Biggest wins in history
I would obviously put Michigan #1. After that, would be the FCS championships and Bowl games, but order is tough to say. While I would never go back to FCS, I think I’d put the first and third FCS titles near the top. Those were so huge for our program. My personal opinion:

1. Michigan
2. FCS title #1 (2005 vs. Northern Iowa)
3. FCS title #3 (2007 vs. Joe Flacco lead Delaware)
4. First bowl win
5-7. Tie between bowl games and that middle FCS title

Beating Marshall at home in 2003 was a big deal for us too.

I get why we all want to say we beat #16 LSU, but they were #25 when we beat them. They were without Derrius Guice as well as a couple more of their key players. Great win for Troy, but we did not beat #16 LSU.

I honestly couldn’t remember their ranking so I went to our game score box and it said #16 so went with it lol
